Non-Disclosure Agreement
The legal team will carefully review the terms before signing. Processes will be established and executed to ensure customer confidentiality. Only specific authorized RAVCH personnel have access to any sensitive customer data. Any external sources or third-party vendors will be subject to the same high standards as RAVCH with respect to customer information and data.
Exclusive manufacturing agreement
1. RAVCH will only produce this product type for contracted customers. We do not produce the same or similar product types for our customers' competitors.
2. Products, processes, and customer identities are not disclosed to anyone outside of the RAVCH project team
Quality system
In addition to our in-house strict quality control system, certifications include ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485, IATF16949 and BSCI, and for newly introduced integrated OEM projects, RAVCH's project managers will be involved in the entire project, monitoring and controlling from the time the initial drawings are received from the customer until the product is ready for shipment.

We have dozens of programming engineers who are proficient Ladder Diagram，Structured Text,Sequential Function Chart,C#VB.NETand other programming languages, while familiar Studio5000,GXworks,EcoStruxure Control Expert,Sysmac Sudio,CalWorks,Creo,UG,CATIA,PLM,PDM,PLC and other programming software.

✅ ‌Circuit design and optimization
Proficient in analog/digital circuit design, including power management, signal conditioning, EMC/EMI protection Proficient in using EDA tools such as Altium Designer and Cadence to design 4~16-layer high-density PCBs Experience in high-speed signal (DDR/USB/HDMI) and radio frequency (RF) circuit design。
✅ ‌Embedded system development
Familiar with MCU development such as ARM Cortex, STM32, RISC-V, etc., to optimize low-power solutions Master sensor interface (I2C/SPI/UART/CAN) and wireless communication (Wi-Fi/BLE/ZigBee) design RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr) and Linux driver porting are supported。

Participate in the design review of injection molds and stamping molds, optimize the demoulding slope and parting line, track mold tryout and mass production problems, and improve the yield。

Design injection molded parts, silicone parts, TPU/TPE elastomer structure, match waterproof/shockproof needs proficient in material characteristics (PP/ABS/PC/POM), optimize wall thickness, stiffeners, buckle structure

Develop IP67/IP68 waterproof structure, suitable for outdoor/industrial environment, optimize rubber sealing ring, shock absorbing pad design, and improve product life.
